This course is intended to help you, the fitness trainer, understand the psychology and physiology of an Elite Athlete – those who strive to be the best in their field. In this course, we show you how you can safely, effectively and professionally take your clients to the next level of fitness. Prepare them for their competition, race or whatever event they choose to excel in. We will show you the methodology behind the systems that help elite athletes succeed at the highest level. This course isn’t meant to replace a coaching certification, but rather to allow the personal trainer and/or health and wellness coach to attune their insight into the mind and body of athletes.

We will cover everything from motivation and mindset to body types and training regimes. We’ll look at assessing and evaluating the athlete, recognizing and preventing injuries, and knowing when to refer or lay off from the exercise. We’ll look at prescribing exercises specific to their sport and delivering a high-performance program for your clients. This very thorough workshop covers every aspect of training clients and taking them to the next level.

Our policy lasts for thirty days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
