This workshop will help you identify the things that can cause people to become unstable. We cover proprioception and the vestibular system and how they can affect your balance. You will learn about who would benefit from balance board training, from seniors to athletes. We discuss muscle recruitment during balance and how to benefit from using the wobble board, BOSU or discs. If you are looking for something different and new, this workshop will give you some new ideas for Group Fitness classes or for your Personal Training clients!
